In a medium bowl add all purpose flour baking powder baking soda sugar buttermilk powder and combine. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a non-metal bowl.

Sourdough buttermilk pancakes. Pour in another bowl the Buttermilk eggs and the sourdough starter mix all the ingredients well with a dough whisk until the sourdough starter dissolves in the mix. Add half of the flour. For each pancake pour about 14 cup batter onto a hot lightly greased griddle. Allow to rise overnight.

The night before you want to to make pancakes mix together the sourdough discard flour sugar and buttermilk in a large bowl. 12 4 inch pancakes. Heat a griddle or large skillet on medium heat.

Add buttermilk Sourdough Starter and egg. Combine the sourdough starter with the buttermilk egg and melted butter in a second larger bowl and stir well to break up the starter and combine.
